Our Approach

At TriuTech we have standardised the delivery of our projects through a documented structure compliant to industry standard and above all helpful to the customer for future management. Whether the project is a full datacentre transformation or a simple software upgrade, we follow these processes to maintain our high standards.

Project Workshop - Structured to gather our customers requirements and create a project plan. A Statement of work contract will be created to include all hardware and project costs.
High Level Design - A detailed design document of the components and implementation process involved including the scope of the project.
Stage Plan - A technical stage plan designed to fit our customers needs including any known risks. This allows onsite teams to have a complete overview of changes happening during the life of the project.
Implementation - From racking and stacking to configuration and testing, our consultants work independently to deliver projects precisely to the customer approved design specification.
SAT - All projects receive in-depth testing. These are supervised by a member of your staff and the results listed in a signed and dated document so our customers can have complete confidence.
Low Level Design - A highly detailed technical document designed to provide your team with all the information required for future management.
Handover - This process gives our customers all the finished project documentation and our consultant will handover all information to your onsite team.
Project Sign off - This is required upon satisfactory completion of the project.
